Personal Finance - Everything for the Big Spender on a Budget

Giving Back

Giving back is the end game. Whether it's money, time, knowledge or heart, here are some opportunities for you to share your wealth.

Following are some suggestions for organizations that will gladly help you give back a tithe of your God given abundance.  This list is far from inclusive, and it is growing all the time.  Many of these organizations are 501(c)3 federal non-profit organizations. That means you can make donations and deduct them from your federal taxes.  Check with your accountant first.

Money isn't the only way to give of yourself.  You can - and should - volunteer your time for a cause that you believe in.  If you can't volunteer your time, then lend your spirit and a smile. And if you won't offer that much, then your name could well be Ebinezer.

We are all interdependent, and the donation you make today just might be your much needed succor tomorrow.  What you need today you will well afford to return someday, to pay it forward. It all just seems to work.  Yeah... like that.
